I just installed a hydraulic flat tappit camshaft. I did the whole 20 minute breakin with the break in addivtive. Now the worry I have is that my carburetor was flooding the motor after shutting the motor off. I didn't know that and ran it for couple minutes until I heard some ticking. Oil smelt like gas so I changed the oil and put a new carburetor on my motor. It runs better but it stumbles on acceleration and the idle is irregular. This car has nothing but new quality parts from rebuilt motor to new fuel pump, new fuel filter and new pressure regulator. How do I tell if my lobes are flat?
