how to transfer nokia 6300 to a sony ericsson phone (w760)?

i want to transfer my previous saved messages from my nokia phone to my sony ercisson phone. i dont wanna forward coz i wanan save d name hu sent it the date an time... what steps or procedur should i do? help pls.... i really need this
