How To Transfer Phone Numbers From Phone To Sim On Nokia 6220 Classic?

The screen on my phone is broken and I can only see the right hand side of the screen. Ive managed to get to "Mark All" contacts and there is a little tick next to all names.

What I need to know is how many times do I need to push the down button to get to "copy from phone to sim"?

Any help would be great
