how to u upload music on aphone?

i have a lutos phone. with my mini sd card. i put music on my phone. but i cant put it as a ring tone. ne clue how to make it happen???
btw. when i press the option button theres no button for set as or ne thing. its like an mp3 player. but i really wanted it to be my ring tone.
 
try playing the song and press options and it will probably say set as ring tone but if not im sorry
