How to undo a mini DVD finalization?

I recently finalized a mini DVD on my videocam but I want to undo it to erase some video files in it. Is it possible to undo the finalization without the videocam to delete those files?

You'll need to rip the DVD with a program like Handbrake, remove the unwanted video, and burn a new DVD. You can't do anything about the one you already have, except maybe shred it later. That'll get rid of the unwanted stuff.
