How to unlock a cingular motorola razr?

i have tmobile and i put it in a cingular razr and it says that i need a subsidy password. can anyone help me with this? is there a universal password? is there any way that i can get the password for free? any thing will help
i mean i have tmobile and i put my SIM card in the razr... sorry

google it and you may find it. I had a unlock razr before but i went to the cell phone store and have somebody do it for me.

hi subsidy password is nothing that your motorola razr mobile is locked to cingular network due to this it wont accept your t-mobile sim in it .to solve this you must unlock it.there are many online providers found that provide codes to unlock mobile .to get codes visit mobileunlocksolutions.com here they ask you the imei number of your mobile .finally they send you codes to unlock your mobile.
