i have a v3 edge, i tried to unlock it but at the beginning, it asks to call the service provider, so i want to do a master reset, but cant go to settings cuz this window doesnt make me go through, now they told me to use the software, but this "call service provider" wont let me go through, and i dont have a usb. is there another way to reset or unlock the phone through the keypad or some other way??
