How to unlock iphone through INdependence?

I kept getting an error message
"The mobiledevice framework private functions are not initialized..."
can anyone help me??

I haven't used the Independence software to Unlock the APPLE I-PHONE,I used the remote i-phone unlocking service to unlock my i-phone from United Kingdom(UK) O2 Network Lock,To unlock it i have purchased the remote unlocking service at here Ihav.net and Unlock it.
