how to update an already updated nokia with a new product code? (using NSS)?

i have a nokia n85 which i would like to install chinese on. (i got this in australia)

i changed the product code using NSS, but everytime i try to update using nokia software updater, it says i already have the most updated version of the firmware (11.047)

any suggestions?
