Hey, ditto on the OP. I downloaded the drivers and stuff, but when my computer tries to recognize the camera functions of the phone, the phone disconnects itself before the computer is through. Pictbridge is working, I guess, but it and the computer are not cooperating. I still can't download the pictures. Are there any ways around this??

go to pictbridge and when the thingy uploads on your computer to copy them on your computer just press next and next again and then it should upload normally
same problem happened to me and i was getting fustrated until i tried this and it just worked
