i have karbonn smart tab 1 and have no internal buletooth so is there any way to use bluetooth
 
You don't.
Edit: And don't listen to some dimwit who tells you to get an adapter. You would NEED driver software and the driver for the dongle is a WINDOWS driver which will NOT work on the Android operating system to begin with.
