How to use camera on Samsung notebook?

I got a Samsung R580 notebook for Christmas. I want to use the camera that's on my laptop, but i have no clue how to use it. There's no option to use it when i hit the start button. But there is this program called the "Cyber link you cam" Is this what i'm suppose to use to take pictures from my laptop? If anyone knows another option besides using the you cam can you give me info? Thanks!
