How to use MOTOBLUR Droid 3?

I can't seem to figure out how to set up/use MOTOBLUR on my new Droid 3. Could someone please help me with this? I've never been prompted to do this and I can't find it anywhere else on the internet.

moto blur is the user interface that Motorola puts on top of android
you don't set up an account with it. its automatic
if you are being prompted to set up an account, its for the android market or another app.
