how to use my pda as a web cam?

i have a pda2k and want to use it as a web cam with sound if possible please help if you know how? thx

Unless it specifically states that it can be used as a webcam in the manual, you can't. Most PDAs on the market nowadays can't be used as webcams, to the best of my knowledge.
