how to connect the some torrent website, on vuze or utorrent to download software..while downloading how to scan the software using the avast anti virus. what seeds mean? can you discuss that?

seed mean the seeder, you must have a seeder to download a torrent file.
if there no seeder you cannot download the file.
more seeder more download speed you can get..
