how to use torrent after downloading...?

i mounted the .iso to a drive, and when i click on the drive it gives me a .nfo file. i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong, or how to use the .nfo file. please help. thank you.
Tried burning to a disk and it does the same thing. it just shows me this NFO file.

It doesn't necessarily have to be burnt to a disk if you don't intend to boot from the iso. You can use an emulator to create a virtual drive you can burn it to to save using a CD. Daemon tools lite is what I use, I'm sure there are others, however, if you wanted to look into it.
