How to video chat using gtalk?

I have a laptop with webcam.
I am using gtalk.
But i can't find any option to video chat.
Is gtalk is video chat enabled.
If not suggest me other software.
If yes how i can do that.

you have to install the Google Voice and Video chat on your pc. After that you will be able to do the Video chat using Gtalk. Go Through here : http://www.google.com/chat/video
