how to watch a recorded programme on digihome DV940B2 terrestrial receiver?

I recorded a programme using the Digihome DV940B2 Digital Terrestrial Receiver, but there is nowhere which says you can watch the programme.
I recorded it using the Timer on the main menu.
I have looked for an online guide but can't find one, and i can't find the guide which came with the box.

Any idea's how to watch the programme?
It has definitely recorded.
