How to watch Youtube Videos in Tmobile MDA?

How can I watch Youtube Videos in my Tmobile MDA. My MDA is windows so I think it has all the applications needed to watch a video. I just need to know how to because I receive an error message whenever I try to. Anyone out there?
 
No phone currently supports Flash, which Youtube uses. The alternative is www.tinytube.net It downloads the video to your phone in a saveable format.
