How well will this graphics card run better than my one at the moment?

Card at the moments in my computer pc desktop:
Nvidia GEForce 8600GT 256MB
I dont think is it intergrated

How much better will it be than
Nvidia GEForce 8600GT 256MB

Will it be able to run games Like COD4 Mw2 on high smoothly
and Crysis warhead on meduim smoothly if i put it into my computer i am buying at the top
