How/Where can I watch my Comcast TV Service on the internet?

Comcast says that when you get their Comcast On-Demand, then you can go on there website, and access your DVR and watch your recorded content, and live channels. Can someone please help me because Comcast has a really long wait to contact Technical Support. Thank-you very much!
