I was wondering if you call from a cell phone, if it's possible for them to trace it.
Or would they call 911 and give them the cell number and have 911 trace it.
And even if they traced it, would it just give the location of where the person was, but not their name or anything. And if they were driving, would they get the person's liscence plate number or anything. Or is it safe to call from a cell while driving ... does that make it impossible for them to find out who is calling and all that ?
