adding a line to my plan? I have one line which is not eligible for an upgrade, but I would like to use the free Incredible for that line.
 
You cant. You HAVE TO have 2 lines eligible to upgrade in order to do a BOGO or BOGA. The only other way you could do it would be to add a new line to your account, but that line would have a 2 year contract in exchange for getting the phone for free
