How would I transfer buccal cells from a glass to an indicating FTA card?

This was the anwser I received last time I posted the question.
swob mouth w/ saltwater, mix solution w/ detergent, pour 95% ethanol over it slowly so it forms a layer, then the DNA will rise.
This did not anwser my question.From a glass to an FTA card.Would saline solution work best?
