how would you feel about getting greeted with a kiss?

In many other countries it is perfectly acceptable to greet others with a kiss (or kisses) on the cheek. How would you feel and react if someone greeted you in this way? Give detail (This question is more geared towards Americans because it is more uncommon in this particular culture)

I do it with girls i meet through friends, on the cheek that is. Im just a confident guy and it makes the girl feel good. Dont mistake it for a sign of affection. If he continues to chit chat with you and focus on you, then you can assume that he might have a thing for you. Or he might THINK he has a thing for you, and might want to test and see if this is true (check with you; when you date just to see how things would work between you, its like trial dating which can escalate into a full relationship if it seems worth it)
 
I don't know if I would like it so much. Unless it was someone I like. I mean I totally wouldn't want anyone I don't like kissing me. But people I like don't mind I guess. I mean its natural in other places but not her in america really.
