How would you react to someone you're gonna meet if they bit the tip of

There's a guy i started talking to that's really nice on a website. I've been talking to him for about a week now and he lives about a half an hour away from my city. Anyways, i'm planning to meet him with my friend this saturday, and he told me this "Just expect the unexpected. My voice is a little weird and i kinda have a lisp. I bit the tip of my tongue off when i was a kid and my speech was off since". I'm not a mean person, but this has made me a little nervous for when i meet him. I can't promise myself how i'll really react.
i know what he looks like,and he has a lot of videos of himself doing sports.
How would you react?
What should i do to prepare for the "unexpected"?
And again, he's pretty nice so far, even though i haven't truly met him yet.

Sometimes kids bite their tongues, and other times, they bite their inner cheeks. They usually do it absent-mindedly. Your friend is a normal guy who was just as normal as a kid. You have no reason to be nervous around him. Bye.
