In my story, I am having trouble wording this one paragraph. Does it sound okay as it already is or does it sound too much like a Nazi handbook? Please help! Any suggestions are appreciated! Here it is:
Natural. That is the look that I am going for, and it has been that way ever since. Well, that is since Hitler has come into power. According to him, the women of Germany are to refrain from doing anything that may falsely enhance their beauty. That means that wearing high heel shoes, trousers, makeup, dying your hair, or getting a perm are just a few of things that our now out of the question.
