I recently bought the Envy 15 in February. From then I added Microsoft Word, and The Sims 3 to the computer. Anytime I walk away from the laptop and try to resume from hibernation it is a complete black screen. I have to restart the computer to be able to use it again.
Also recently if I leave the computer for about 10-20 minutes a blue screen appears about "crash dumping." Something along the lines if this is the first time you've seen this - I used to get this on my old Dell Desktop before it completely crashed from the Sims 2. I've recieved this message about 3x on this new laptop .. and I am beginning to get worried because if it crashes since I bought this laptop due to its specs for memory and such.
What's going on?
