A few days ago I dropped my laptop after I shut it off, then the next morning it turned on and went to the part right before it goes on the desktop where it shows the Hp logo. Then I played with the buttons pushing everyone and it went to the desktop and everything was fine. But then when I turned it on the next morning it didn't go past the Hp logo :/ I tried all the F buttons and tried to check my hard drive with the ESC button and while it was loading after like 2% it froze and little color dots popped up the blue, fuchsia, and yellow ones!
I don't know what to do please help!
