I have an HP J4580 printer. We keep getting the error out of paper when we have paper in the printer. I have already tried cleaning the rollers...still not working. Any other suggestions? I have a toddler, I am guessing he might have put something in the feeder and it messed up the rollers in some way. Can I order new rollers? Any advice?
