HTC HD7 Error Message in Marketplace!?

Windows Phone 7, HTC HD7. I recently lost my original HTC HD7 and had it replaced. When I received my new one, I was (and still am) unable to update any of the pre-installed applications or download any new ones. When I try to update the pre-installed applications, I get the error code: c101a247
When I try to download new applications, it simply says, "Unable to retrieve information at this time, please try again later," or something along those lines.
I've been on the phone with T-Mobile, who transfered me to HTC, who transfered me to Zune. No luck. For some reason I seem to not be able to make my Zune account realize that I have a new phone (although it syncs my music and video just fine).
Any ideas on how to fix this??
