Husband just got orders to Guam.?

This morning my husband got the email today saying we got orders to Andersen AFB. What I'd like to know is how it is. Likes and dislikes. The usual. We were stationed at Yokota AFB before coming to Cannon. We're excited to be leaving, but I just want to be prepared. Any information would be much appreciated. We're considering renting off base so any information on how much utilities normally run would be much appreciated as well. Also, we're pcsing with a cat and a dog (corgi).
