...eat before bed thats healthy? im hypoglycemic meaning i have almost constant low blood sugar and the only way to maintain a healthy blood sugar is to eat small and healthy every 2-3 hours but... i also want to loose weight and im finding it hard to do that since its very unhealthy to eat after like 7pm but i dont go to bed until like 11 or 12 because of homework or something but i dont want to eat late at night but i find myself having no choice otherwize i feel really sick to my stomach because of low blood sugar so i HAVE to eat but doing this is making it so hard to loose weight...what should i do or eat before bed that would be healthy its hard to choose because vegetables dont do much for my stomach because of the lack of sugar...fruits shouldnt be eaten late at night for some reason...and then carbs and dairy are all i have left but their so heavy and fattening (depending on wat kind) then theres meat...but thats even worse to have at a late hour PLEAS HELP :(
 
Eat what you wish, It may be hard to believe, but eating at night will not make you put on weight, you body will digest it the same as if you were awake. Just keep it little and often and you will be fine.
 
whats wrong with fruits? or dried fruits? I wouldn't worry too much about the late night thing, it's only one way that can help you lose weight. Just make sure you take plenty of exercise and eat healthily the rest of the day.

A friend uses chick peas as snacks and says they are very good. Plus they say a teaspoon of cinnamon a day does wonders to stabilize blood sugar. Could put it in coffee or in low calorie dessert
