I have an '06 Hyundai Santa Fe, and had remote start installed in it, but I've noticed that I seem to blow a fuse or something like that when I have my heat on high in winter, have the windshield wipers on, and press my remote-start button.

Obviously, the fix to this is to get a pro to replace the fuse, or re-wire the thing so it stops happening altogether, and to stop having all three on at the same time, but it's EXTREMELY difficult to remember to turn off everything but the heat in winter. Somtimes it just slips the mind.

So, until the weather gets really super nice outside and I take it to have it fixed, does anyone know which fuse this might be? (Specifically, if you have a diagram, that would help). I've pulled all the fuses, but none of them "seem" to have a break. However, I realize that I could have had visual error when looking at them, because I think there MUST be a fuse blown, becuase my backlight on my dashboard is out ALL the time now, and my headlights will not flicker when I press the lock and unlock using my remote.

Also remote start does not function now.

This happened once before, and a fuse was replaced, but that was like over a year ago, and I don't remember which fuse it was. Again, I manually went through all the fuses, but I think I made a mistake, and it's super uncomfortable.

I understand I may seem lazy, but I don't want to do the exact same work all over again and then it turn out that it's not even a fuse problem, or I screw up again.

SO, if anyone knows BY HEART which fuse (being out) would prevent the headlights from flickering when using the remote, I would appreciate you letting me know.

I had my brother in law put in the remote start before, but he's REALLY BUSY now, and unless it's really good weather this weekend, I can't impose on his time any more than I already have.

Thanks so much in advance.
