I run 6 miles every day that I can and I do 100 sit ups, 100 crunchs, 100 knee grabs, and 100 push ups a day. Wii Fit says my BMI is 18.64 which is health weight but I still feel that I am not where I need to be with my weight. Is my weight good and I am worrying about nothing or do I need to work out more?
