...a wrangler. What would be better? I live in MI and roads get really bad in the winter so it would help to have 4wd and im planing on going off road.
jeep grand cherokee limited with a v8, they are all wheel drive and have quadratrac which kicks in the 4 wheel drive automatically for you, if you get stuck which would be hardly ever you can put it in 4 wheel drive low which got me out of snow almost up to my windows. they are great when you take them wheeling because they have the power and jeeps are just great off road. cherokees are nice but the grand cherokee is more luxury and look nicer and have more power, wranglers are good if they have a lift and over size tires, otherwise they dont do all that well in the snow. i would go with the grand cherokee for sure. i have a 1997 with a 4 inch suspension lift with a .75 inch poly spacer lift so i can fit the 33x12.50 tires without rubbing and lockers are a good investment for off roading and it goes everywhere my friends trucks and suvs wont go
Toyota 4Runner's are really great [the one's with 4wd]
Subaru's are great for snow and bad conditions, but i wouldn't take one off roading..
