i am 15 years old an i want to gain weight an muscle i am 5'8 an i weight 150 pounds?

i work out 5 times a week but i don't see no results
i run 1 time a week...i don't eat fat foods...i like to eat lots of fruits an vegetables
is there something stopping me from gaining waight?
or do i just need to eat more?
