can i get a new phone in t-mobile since i dont like my current phone if i am under a contract??
i want to buy a phone from t-mobile.
 
Call they for an early upgrade. Your more likely to get it if your phone is 1+ years (if you got a 2yr contract).

Ebay is good.
 
I just got a REALLY early upgrade from Tmo by going to t-mobile.com and getting the upgrade from the internet (like, I have been with them since August 2007 and I got it in January 2008.) I have no idea if it was web exclusive but I got a really damn good price so I would look into doing the upgrade online.
