and i am tirred of having sex with her and i am tired of hiding it
but i dont know to tell her

I feel awful for you. Maybe you should go on and file divorce papers. Go to counseling to sort out your emotion first so you know exactly what to tell her. Please dont cheat her out of happiness. Good luck.
