I am having trouble with a website when I ordered DVD on the internet. Who can

help me with this? II ordered 2 sets of DVDs from a U.S. Web Page Just Before Christmas. Have not received them yet. E-mailed the Web Page Several times and they refuse to answer me. They Have over $200 Canadian Dollars of my money (Iam from Canada and would either like the goods or my money back. To me this is fraud and they should be investigated. Have ordered over the internet from other companies and have had no problems at all. Is there any thing that can be done. I think these people are from Calif. Please help Thanks..
 
What website did you order from? Is there a telephone number listed? Try calling. Chances are they won't answer. If you used a credit card you can contest the charges with your credit card company. They will follow up on it for you. Otherwise you are SOL.
