I am looking for a Gizmo Costume from Grimlins.?

I tried looking online and there are very little gizmo costumes, the ones i did see are not that great. Does anyone know where i can buy one for a male adult about 5'10. If there are no good ones online with a proper head size like the original gizmo had can i pay someone to make me one. If I go all out and make it look like the actual gizmo, can i get sued for copyright? If no one the copyright, does anyone know any business around houston that can make one.
I have already seen the McCall gizmo outfit but the head looks deformed it should look like football, and gizmo body is bigger

A seamstress or costumer should be able to size it up for an adult and make the costume for you. I can do it, but I'm not in Houston.
