I am looking for a quick and easy way to stop stuttering?

I have been stuttering since the 5th grade . now i am in 11th and i get so nervous when i have to read in front of the class ro i even get embarassed when im talking to my family i need help.

I am surprised no one put you in a speech class. Talk to your parents or guidance counselor. I have this problem from time to time. What I do is get my confidence up by doing things I like and talking to people who share the same interest. This could help you.

ok listen closely.....STOP GIVING A SH$# you studder becuase you are afraid about saying the wrong thing and about what others will think of you. I can prove it, go into the bathroom and talk to yourself than look in the mirror and talk to youself. I bet you will not studder butcause its just you and you dont care. But go talk to a person and you might studder. Just stop worrying about others and practice.
