The person may be a high profile, known in public, but has been mischievous in his or her act and acted in unethical or unprofessional manner. A place where one can do whistle blowing for his or her unethical behavior include:
Corruption, Sexual Harassment, Criminal Activities, Cheating, Deception, Criminal Breach of Trust, Defaulting in his or her role as responsible citizen,and Consumer complains against corporate tycoons, irresponsible employers etc
