losing weight? i want to lose eight soooo badly!!! it crazy. im so fat and i want to be ready for a bikini. whoch i am soo not right now.
i eat 1200-1400 cal a day
i do a sationary bike everyday like 30 min burning 400 on it. and pilates.which i eard lengthens ur lean muscles and all that.
should i go on a more strict diet?????
should i only have 6 meals a day. or can i just eat whenever im hungry but still make sure is healthy. small portions and 1200-1400 cals.??
dnt tell me to runany thing but that.. i cant anyway. but i really want to lose weoght on my legs. i cant spot reduce i kno... but does bikining really tone my legs ? and its cardio so must burn fat.
idk i lost like 2 inches off my tummy but nothing on my legs :[[
