I have read the article given by Sri Kunvar Singh Ji I am very grateful to Yahoo and its community. I am type2 diabetic. in the month of August-2011 my three months average was 5.5. But recently from the past 2months the Fast value is at little higher. When the post lunch value is 180 (by gluco meter) the extended post lunch value after 3 hours is 115. I have watched these and found linearly drooping. But Fast is showing between 100 to 120 mg/dl. I am very careful in diet. I do not understand why my Fast values are at higher. To day I found that I have been taking little more cooking salt in my diet (Mango Achar-Lime Achar etc.,) plus little salt in butter-milk rice. Does it affect my Fast values? what is bitter gourd? What is fenu-greek powder? I am taking coffee and I also take 1.2 grams Calciam daily. Please clarify my doubts. Regards to Yahoo;
