...space, what do you think of these ideas? A cargo transporter able to be operated and maintained by a single person, carries various items from system to system, and is in route for many months at a time, is blacked out by solar flare and hurdles towards absolute nothingness, the characters include one obsessive compulsive engineer pilot, and a great dane companion. The horror is applied through manic depression, cabin fever, delusion, insomnia paranoia etc. and finally what seems to him like alien invasion in turn would have been rescue, but mass delusion and paranoia leads him to brutally murder his saviors. Ive given this some thought and have started a rough draft but am still early into the whole project, I would like any feedback and ideas are great too.
