...right? its about a girl who falls in love with her best friend's crush. I know its not original at all but doesn't it matter more how its written then how many times you read something like this? does it need a twist
 
The whole love triangle thing has been a little over done, but really, it's all what you make it. If you can write it in a way that doesn't simply echo what everyone else has written, then you should be okay. And really, if that's what you want to write, write it however you want to write it! And it doesn't matter so much if the concept is original, so long that you tell it in a new way. :)
