Hi - I placed a bid on a home for $105,000 - then upped it to $111,000. I was told by my realtor that the bid was not accepted. He submitted the bid to the listing agent, we received a confirmation of that. I just looked on the property appraisers website - the house sold for $100,000. My realtor said he reported the listing agent for inpropriety, because she sold it and received double commission. Is there any recourse at all for me besides filing a complaint? This happened in Florida
