I bought a used Omni 3740 Credit card machine processor, but don't have the password

to download my merchant!? I bought the machine but when My merchant and I wanted to download the machine, as soon as we push F2 &F4 botton it asks for the password, but since I bought it on Ebay, I wasn't told the password. Besides checking with the buyer for that password, is there another way to reset the machine so that then I could start fresh and be able to program it like if I had lost the password!?!?!
