I bought some chuck steak b/c it was on sale, now what?

Chuck steak is a less tender cut and should be marinated to tenderize it
Ingredients
1 beef chuck 7-bone steak, cut 3/4 to 1 inch thick (about 2 pounds)

Marinade: for chuck steak
marinate for six hours
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1/8 to 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients in medium bowl. Place beef steak and 1 cup marinade in food-safe plastic bag; turn to coat. Close bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or as long as overnight, turning occasionally. Refrigerate remaining marinade.
